LiLBastardsClub.gg

A multi-game community hub for LiLBastardsClub, self-hosted on a hardened Ubuntu and Nginx server. It’s a fast static site with live event schedules, server status, calendar reminders and accessible, reduced-motion-friendly design, covering WARDOGS, Beyond All Reason and more.

WARDOGS Map Vote Bot

A custom Discord bot that lets verified players vote on the next match’s map, mode, weather and play area for the community’s WARDOGS servers. Players can also upvote choices others have already submitted. The winning choice is queued into that server’s map rotation, so it loads after the current match ends instead of interrupting it, with safety checks that pause automatic changes if anything looks wrong. It runs as a locked-down Linux service under its own restricted account.

WARDOGS Status Monitor

A monitoring pipeline that publishes live health for the game server, the vote bot, the Discord connection and the server’s remote admin (RCON) link to the community website, along with current player counts. Old or missing data is shown as stale or unknown rather than reported as an outage, and the public feed contains no secrets or player identities.

Live Schedules and Discord Announcements

Event cards that show when a community game night is live and how many people are in voice chat, using Discord’s public widget so visitors’ browsers never contact Discord directly. A companion service posts one Discord announcement per session once enough people show up, and updates it with attendance and the next start time.

Player Reporting System

A private concern form for WARDOGS players, protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Reports go to a staff spreadsheet, while Discord alerts carry only a reference number and category, never the report itself. The service runs isolated from the bots and has no access to their credentials.

HAD TT 2025

A 2-input AND gate from the Hackaday Supercon 2025 Tiny Tapeout workshop. Drawn in Wokwi, then submitted as HAD TT, address 289 on Tiny Tapeout SKY 25b.

Pyculator

A Python 3 permissions calculator that converts Linux file permissions between numeric (755) and symbolic (rwxr-xr-x) forms. It started as a 2022 learning project in lists, regular expressions and error handling.

H2omark

A Python 3 script that uses the Pillow library to stamp a text watermark onto images from the command line.
